通过文献资料、问卷调查和数据分析等方法,对体育专业学生的课外阅读情况进行分析和探讨,发现体育专业学生的课外阅读存在着年人均阅读量少、阅读倾向单一、阅读功利性强、阅读时间不足和缺乏阅读引导等问题,分析其原因主要是“重技能,轻理论”的观念作祟,网络活动时间过多而又缺乏有效阅读引导等,建议改变观念,加大阅读引导,举办多种阅读活动,培养学生的阅读兴趣,以全面提升学生素质。
Through literature, questionnaire survey and data analysis, we analyzed and discussed the extracurricular reading conditions of physical education major students. It is found that extracurricular reading of PE major students has less per capita reading, single reading tendency, strong utilitarian reading, Lack of time and lack of reading guidance and other issues, analysis of the main reasons for “heavy skills, light theory ” concept of mischief, excessive network activities and the lack of effective reading guide, it is recommended to change the concept, increase reading guide, hold A variety of reading activities to develop students’ reading interest in order to enhance the overall quality of students.
