采用行动研究法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法对安阳师范学院学生工作品牌“AYNU阳光体育”系列赛5a成功运行经验进行分析研究,旨在通过统一“品牌”名称组织全校群众性体育活动,在经费投入不增加的情况下,建立一套以高校学生体育社团(协会)为主体,以体育专业学生为骨干,整合和调动校内外的各种资源组织群众性体育活动的模式。研究认为:在品牌驱动下组织群众性体育活动,可以在满足当代学生强烈参与感、鲜明个性化需求的同时,增强学生对学校的认可度与归属感;促进了开放、多元、健康的校园体育文化生态圈的形成;成功实现了群众性体育活动的小型化、趣味化、时尚化、经常化;带动学校客观上实现了“每天体育锻炼一小时”的目标。
