目的探讨疾病预防控制机构实验室工作人员的职业危害因素及其防护措施。方法调查本市疾控系统实验室建设情况,观察实验环境,同时结合自己的管理经验分析检验人员的工作特点。结果疾病预防控制机构实验室工作人员工作面临多种危害因素影响或交叉影响,防护措施不到位,而且防护意识有待加强,长期工作在此环境中,容易造成工作人员的职业伤害。结论疾病预防控制机构在实验室建设和管理中要注意其安全标准,同时增强实验室工作人员的自我防护意识。
Objective To explore the occupational hazards and preventive measures of laboratory staff in disease prevention and control institutions. Methods Investigate the construction of CDC laboratory in this Municipality, observe the experimental environment, and analyze the working characteristics of the inspectors in combination with their own management experience. Results Disease prevention and control institutions laboratory staff face a variety of hazardous factors or cross-impact, protective measures are not in place, and awareness of protection needs to be strengthened, long-term work in this environment, likely to cause staff occupational injuries. Conclusion CDC should pay attention to its safety standards in laboratory construction and management and at the same time enhance the self-protection awareness of laboratory staff.
