对苏州市区11个行业、100个企业工业噪声污染及部分声源噪控效果调查分析表明,工业噪声强度近似正偏态分布,95%可信限为75.5~108分贝(A)。噪声强度集中在80~100分贝(A),各行业最高噪声均超过100分贝(A),约19%的工人在超标[>85分贝(A)]环境下工作,其中丝绸纺织业有52%的工人接触超标噪声,工人受高频噪声危害为主,约62%噪声作业场所机器应进行噪控。噪控技术以隔声、消声器为佳,如结合工艺改革则更理想。对暂无条件控制的噪声,应加速推广护耳器。本文尚对合理应用工业噪声卫生标准及丝绸纺织业噪声防护策略进行了探讨。
Investigation and analysis of industrial noise pollution and part of noise sources in 11 industries and 100 enterprises in Suzhou urban area shows that the intensity of industrial noise is approximately positive skewed distribution with a 95% confidence limit of 75.5-108 dB (A).
