近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高和饮食结构的变化,高血压的发病率呈不断上升的趋势。高血压不仅是一个独立的疾病,也是冠心病、心力衰竭、脑出血、脑梗死等导致人类死亡的常见疾病的重要因素,严重危害人类的健康生活[1]。因此,控制高血压至关重要。健康饮食、坚持锻炼和合理应用降压药物是控制高血压的三大法宝。但是目前许多高血压患者对降压药物的正确服用仍存在一定的误区,从而导致降压效果不理想,血压控制不平稳,而盲目的加大药品剂量或者改用其他给药方案。因此正确认识降压药服用过程中需要注意的问题,能够最大限度的有效发挥降压药的药理作用,并减少药物不良反应的发生。
In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standard and diet structure, the incidence of hypertension is on the rise. Hypertension is not only an independent disease, but also an important factor in common diseases that cause human death such as coronary heart disease, heart failure, cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction, which seriously endanger the healthy life of human beings. Therefore, controlling high blood pressure is crucial. Healthy eating, insist on exercise and rational use of antihypertensive drugs is the three magic weapon to control high blood pressure. However, at present, many hypertensive patients still have some misunderstandings on the proper taking of antihypertensive drugs, which leads to unsatisfactory antihypertensive effect, unstable blood pressure control and blindly increasing the dosage of drugs or switching to other dosage regimens. Therefore, the correct understanding of antihypertensive drugs taking the process need to pay attention to the problem, can maximize the pharmacological effects of antihypertensive drugs, and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
