为解决季节性冻土隧道冻害现象影响隧道结构和运营安全的问题,结合寒区的气象和油气管道隧道内常年恒温、洞门常闭、小断面的特点,提出了适用于油气管道寒区小断面隧道保温设计。对管道和隧道围岩整体温度场进行模拟分析,依据隧道围岩温度及冻融情况,确定了设置保温隔热层的位置与长度;形成了一种油气管道寒区小断面隧道隔热保温层合理厚度的计算公式;设计了保温层与保温门联合防冻的方案。保温设计可应用于油气管道寒区小断面山岭隧道,对于大断面管道隧道也具有一定的指导意义。
