目的 观察低能量HE－NE激光血管内照射治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎HBEAG阳性的疗效.方法 治疗组用低能量 HE－NE激光进行血管内照射,每日 1次,每次 60 MIN,连续照射 5日,休息 5日,治疗 2个月;对照组服中成药熊胆胶囊 500 MG/次,每日 3次,连服 2个月.结果 治疗组 30例中,15例 HBEAG转阴,转阴率为 50％;对照组 20例中,3例转阴,占 15％. 2组 HBEAG转阴率比较,有显著性差异( P ＜0. 05).结论 低能量 HE－NE激光血管内照射治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎HBEAG阳性有一定疗效.“,”Objective To investigate the clinic effect on intravascular irradiation of low- energy He - Ne laser for the treatment of chronic B hepatitis. Methods 50 patients of chronic B hepatitis were randomly allocated to two groups.
