目的 观察生血宝合剂治疗肿瘤化疗后贫血的临床疗效.方法 选择116 例恶性肿瘤化疗病人随机分为生血宝组和对照组各58 例, 两组病例均选用紫杉醇、多西他赛、拓扑替康、吉西他滨联合顺铂等药物为基础进行化疗.化疗结束后对照组给予利可君, 生血宝组给予生血宝合剂治疗.治疗期间每周查血常规2 次;观察血红蛋白(Hb)指标及白细胞、血小板的回升时间和提升疗效.结果 生血宝组白细胞提升总有效率91.4% , 对照组总有效率51.7% , 生血宝组显著优于对照组(P <0.05) .生血宝组白细胞提升时间第3 d 10 例(17.2% ) , 第7 d 15 例(25.9% ) , 第10 d 21 例(36.2% ) , 第14 d 12例(20.9% ), 未回升0 例(0.0% );对照组白细胞提升时间第3 d 3 例(5.1% ), 第7 d 6 例(10.3% ),第10 d 8 例(13.8% ), 第14 d 12 例(20.7% ), 未回升29 例(50.0% ), 与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).生血宝组治疗前Hb (90.5 ± 10.6) g/L , 对照组(89.9 ± 11.2) g/L;治疗后生血宝组Hb (120.3 ±10.4) g/L, 对照组(102.0 ± 5.9) g/L, 治疗后两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).血小板数目提升总有效率86.2% , 对照组总有效率41.4% , 两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05) .生血宝组血小板数目提升时间为第3 d 4 例(6.7% ), 第7 d 8 例(13.3% ), 第10 d 14 例(24.4% ), 第14 d 17 例(28.9% ), 未回升15 例(26.7% );对照组血小板数目提升时间为第3 d 2 例(3.4% ), 第7 d 3例(5.2% ), 第10 d 6 例(10.3% ), 第14 d 12 例(20.7% ), 未回升35 例(60.3% ), 与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 生血宝合剂治疗肿瘤化疗后贫血疗效明显, 并且价格低廉, 值得临床推广应用.“,”Objective To observe the efficacy of Shengxuebao mixture in the treatment of anemia after chemotherapy.Methods 116 patients with malignant tumors were randomly divided into the Shengxuebao group and the control group.Chemotherapy was performed on the basis of paclitaxel, docetaxel, topotecan, gemcitabine and cisplatin.After chemotherapy, the control group was given Li Kejun and the Shengxuebao group was given Shengxuebao Mixture.Hemoglobin (Hb), white blood cell (WBC) and platelets in peripheral blood were determined by routine blood tests twice a week during treatment.Results The overall response rate of WBC count increasing was 91.4% in the Shengxuebao group and 51.7% in the control group, there was significant difference be-tween two groups (P<0.05).The WBC counts in the Shengxuebao group were recovered faster than that in the control group (P<0.05).Pre-treatment Hb level was (90.5 ± 10.6) g/L in the Shengxuebao group and (89.9 ± 11.2) g/L in the control group.Post-treatment Hb level was (120.3 ± 10.4) g/L in the Shengxuebao group and (102.0 ± 5.9) g/L in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The blood platelet counts were recovered more quickly in the Shengx-uebao group than that in the control group (P<0.05).The overall response rate was 86.2% in the Shengxuebao group and 41.4% in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Shengxuebao Mixture is sig-nificantly effective in the treatment of anemia induced by cancer chemotherapy.
