农村优质教育资源发展的路径探索——以台州市椒江区人民小学建设“城乡教育共同体”为例

“城乡教育共同体”发展模式对于促进区域教育均衡发展,快速、有效地改变农村薄弱地区的教育面貌和办学水准,发展农村学校优质教育资源,具有积极的意义。在过去的一年多时间里,台州市椒江区人民小学章安校区在“城乡共同体”建设中得到了较快发展,在学校制度建设、教师专业发展、特色打造、保障机制等方面进行了许多可贵的探索,取得不少可取的经验。 The development model of “urban and rural education community” is of positive significance for promoting the balanced development of regional education, rapidly and effectively changing the education aspect and standard of running a school in rural areas with weak points and developing quality education resources in rural schools. Over the past year or so, Zhangzhou Campus of Peoples Primary School in Jiaojiang District of Taizhou has enjoyed rapid development in the construction of “urban-rural community” and has made rapid progress in the construction of the school system, the professional development of teachers, the establishment of distinctive features, and the safeguard mechanism. A lot of valuable exploration, made a lot of desirable experience.
