以中国石油企业领导人员为例,探悉完善适合国有企业特点的领导人员管理办法。企业领导人员是引领企业科学发展、和谐发展的核心与关键。站在新的发展起点,面对企业改革发展稳定的新形势新任务,如何建设高素质的领导班子,完善企业领导人员管理体系,提高各级领导人员的组织管理能力和科学决策水平,对于国有企业实现奋斗目标,全面提升综合实力、国际竞争力和可持续发展能力,具有重要意义。本文以中国石油企业领导人员为例,探悉国有企业领导人员管理体系建设问题。
Taking the leaders of Chinese petroleum enterprises as an example, we have explored ways to improve the management of leaders that fit the characteristics of state-owned enterprises. Business leaders are leading the scientific development of enterprises, the core and the key to harmonious development. From the starting point of new development, in the face of the new situation and new tasks of the reform, development, and stability of enterprises, how to build a high-quality leadership team, improve the management system of enterprise leaders, and improve the organizational management ability and scientific decision-making level of leaders at all levels, It is of great significance for enterprises to achieve their goal of struggle and comprehensively enhance their comprehensive strength, international competitiveness and ability for sustainable development. This article takes the leaders of Chinese petroleum enterprises as an example to find out the problems of the management system construction of the leaders of state-owned enterprises.
