目的:考察野金柴提取物对心血管系统的作用。方法:分别通过耐缺氧实验、尾静脉注射垂体后叶素方法、耳廓微循环法、双肾双夹肾血管性高血压模型依次考察野金柴提取物的抗应激作用、对急性心肌缺血的保护作用、对微循环的作用和降压作用。结果:野金柴提取物组能延长缺氧小鼠的死亡时间,降低心肌缺血小鼠血清AST,CK及LDH-L水平,显著提高微循环灌注量,但对肾血管性高血压模型小鼠的降压效果不明显。结论:野金柴提取物对心血管系统有一定保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the role of wild firewood extract on cardiovascular system. METHODS: The anti-stress effects of Radix Gentianae extract were studied in succession through hypoxia tolerance test, tail vinx injection of pituitary gland, microcirculation of auricles, and renal hypertensive renal tubular hyperrenoid model. Ischemic protection, the role of microcirculation and antihypertensive effect. Results: Ye Jin Chai extract group can prolong the death time of hypoxic mice, reduce serum levels of AST, CK and LDH-L in mice with myocardial ischemia, significantly improve microcirculation perfusion, but the model of renal vascular hypertension is small Antihypertensive effect of rats is not obvious. Conclusion: Ye Jin Chai extract on the cardiovascular system has a protective effect.
