目的 :观察 4 甲基哌嗪 1 二硫代甲酸 (3 氰基 3,3 二苯基 )丙酯盐酸盐 (Hyd)对小鼠移植性肿瘤的抑制作用 ,以确定该化合物的应用前景。方法 :采用小鼠肉瘤 180和肝癌 2 2及人胃癌异种移植裸鼠肿瘤模型 ,观察Hyd对小鼠移植性肿瘤生长的影响。结果 :通过口服灌胃给药 ,不同浓度Hyd对小鼠移植性肉瘤S180 抑制率可达到 4 6 .4 %~ 5 9.6 % (P <0 .0 1~ 0 .0 0 1) ;对小鼠移植性肝癌H2 2 抑制率可达到39 .3%~ 5 1.6 % (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 0 1) ;对裸鼠人胃癌异种移植瘤的抑制率可达到 18.1%~ 5 9.0 %。结论 :Hyd对小鼠移植性肝癌H2 2 和小鼠移植性肉瘤S180 有明显抑制作用 ,对人胃癌裸小鼠异种移植性肿瘤也有明显抑制作用
OBJECTIVE: To observe the inhibitory effect of 4-methylpiperazine-1 dithioformate (3-cyano-3,3-diphenyl) propyl ester hydrochloride (Hyd) on the transplanted tumor in mice and to determine the application prospects of this compound. Methods: Mouse sarcoma 180 and hepatocellular carcinoma 2 2 and human gastric cancer xenografts were used to observe the effect of Hyd on the growth of transplanted tumors in mice. Results: By oral gavage, the inhibitory rate of different concentrations of Hyd on sarcoma S180 in mice could reach 46.4% ~ 59.6% (P <0.01 ~ 0.010) The inhibitory rate of H 2 2 in transplantable hepatoma reached 39.3% -5.6% (P <0.05-0.010), and the inhibitory rate of xenograft in human gastric cancer was 18.1% -5.0 9.0 %. CONCLUSION: Hyd had obvious inhibitory effect on H 2 transplanted hepatoma and S180 transplanted murine sarcoma in mice and also had significant inhibitory effect on xenografted tumors of human gastric cancer
