幼儿园教师异化行为是指违背幼儿身心发展规律对幼儿进行教育,甚至完全背离初衷,改行或辞职。从经济学角度解析,从教效用低、投资与收益不对称、选择市场背弃教育、异化行为具有“负外部性”是民办幼儿园教师异化行为产生的原因。从物质利益、非物质利益、社会制约机制三方面采取措施可以有效避免民办幼儿园教师出现异化行为。
Alienation by kindergarten teachers refers to educating young children against the law of physical and mental development of young children, and even completely deviates from their original purpose and changes or resigns. From the perspective of economics, it is the reason why private kindergarten teachers alienate themselves from the low efficiency of teaching, the asymmetric investment and income, the abandonment of education by choosing the market, and the “negative externalities” of alienation behaviors. Measures taken from the three aspects of material benefits, non-material benefits and social restraint mechanisms can effectively prevent alienation from teachers in private kindergartens.
