本文主要对西安饭店服务质量进行调查研究,通过设计问卷,使用SPSS软件对问卷进行深入分析,对问卷所反映的西安饭店服务质量方面存在的问题提出意见和建议。
This paper mainly investigates the service quality of Xi’an Hotel. Through the design of the questionnaire, using the SPSS software to conduct an in-depth analysis of the questionnaire, the paper gives comments and suggestions on the problems in the service quality of Xi’an Hotel as reflected in the questionnaire.
