酒店行业作为现代经济系统中的一个重要组成部分,发展迅速,行业内部的竞争也十分激烈。企业必须加强对如何发挥预算管理在酒店集团的作用的探讨,以此促进自身的发展。本文首先对预算管理的内容及原则进行了分析,随后探讨了预算管理组织系统的建立以及加强预算编制环节的指导和监控,最后对预算执行过程中的控制环节进行了探讨。希望对相关单位有借鉴和参考意义。
As an important part of the modern economic system, the hotel industry develops rapidly and the competition within the industry is also very fierce. Enterprises must step up their discussions on how to play the role of budget management in hotel groups in order to promote their own development.
