目的优选薄荷油β-环糊精聚合物(β-CDP)微球包合的最佳工艺。方法采用饱和水溶液法制备薄荷油β-CDP微球包合物,通过L9(34)正交试验设计以回归分析法为指标对制备工艺进行了优化;分别用红外光谱、综合热分析和X射线衍射分析法对薄荷油β-CDP微球包合物进行表征。结果最佳制备工艺条件是选定A2B2C1D3;影响因素的大小依次为:β-CDP微球和与水之比>β-CDP微球和薄荷挥发油投料比>包合温度>包合时间;IR、XRD、TGA等方法证明了包合物的生成。结论薄荷油的包合方法合理可行。
Objective To optimize the inclusion of peppermint oil β-cyclodextrin polymer (β-CDP) microspheres. Methods The inclusion complex of peppermint oil β-CDP microspheres was prepared by the method of saturated aqueous solution. The orthogonal design was used to optimize the preparation process by the regression analysis method. The results were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, comprehensive thermal analysis and X-ray Diffraction Analysis of Peppermint Oil β-CDP Microsphere Inclusion Complex Characterization. Results The optimal preparation conditions were as follows: A2B2C1D3; the order of influencing factors were as follows: ratio of β-CDP microspheres to water> β-CDP microspheres and mint volatile oil> inclusion temperature> inclusion time; IR, XRD, TGA and other methods to prove the formation of inclusion complexes. Conclusion The inclusion of peppermint oil is reasonable and feasible.
