目的:观察小柴胡汤胶囊体内抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)的作用。方法:采用重庆麻鸭乙型肝炎动物模型,用小柴胡汤胶囊口腔灌服治疗1个月,检测用药前后血清中的DHBV DNA及血清转氨酶(ALT、AST)、肝组织HE染色病理检查。结果:小柴胡汤胶囊大剂量组用药2周、1个月及中、小剂量组用药1个月能使血清中DHBV DNA滴度总体水平显著降低(P<0.05)或极显著降低(P>0.01),但停药1周后有DNA滴度回升现象;其抗病毒效果与剂量大小有关,中、小剂量组用药2周后无明显的抑制病毒DNA的效果,而大剂量组用药2周后有明显的降低病毒DNA的效果。此外,肝脏病理检查及治疗1个月、停药1同后血清转氨酶检查未发现该药对鸭肝组织学和转氨酶有明显的影响。结论:小柴胡汤胶囊在鸭体内有一定的抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒的作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction capsule in vivo. METHODS: The animal model of Hepatitis B in Chongqing was used to treat with Xiao Chaihu Decoction for 1 month. The serum DHBV DNA and serum transaminases (ALT, AST) were detected before and after administration, and histopathological examination of HE staining was performed. RESULTS: The Xiaoqi Chai Hu Tang capsule high-dose group used for 2 weeks, 1 month, and the medium- and low-dose group for one month could significantly reduce the overall level of serum DHBV DNA titer (P<0.05) or significantly reduce (P> 0.01), but there was a rebound in DNA titer after 1 week of discontinuation; its antiviral effect was related to the size of the dose. In the medium and low dose groups, there was no obvious effect of inhibiting viral DNA after 2 weeks of treatment, while the high dose group was administered for 2 weeks. After the obvious effect of reducing viral DNA. In addition, liver pathological examination and treatment for 1 month, withdrawal 1 serum transaminase examination did not find that the drug had a significant impact on liver histology and transaminase. Conclusion: Xiaochaihu Decoction capsule has certain anti-duck hepatitis B virus effect in ducks.
