全球经济快速发展推动了国际国内产业转移,产业转移反过来也促进了资源在全球的再配置和优化。产业转移是经济发展到一定阶段的重要经济现象。影响产业转移的原因有很多,并相互作用,而政府在产业转移过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文从产业转移定义入手,分析在产业转移这一过程中沉没成本、要素价格和政府政策共同影响产业转移,通过内在促进或是阻碍机制形成产业转移机理,并结合浙江省产业转移状况进行分析。
The rapid global economic development has promoted the transfer of industries both at home and abroad. In turn, industrial transfer has promoted the reallocation and optimization of resources around the world. Industrial transfer is an important economic phenomenon that economic development reaches a certain stage. There are many reasons for the impact of industrial transfer and interaction, and the government plays an important role in the process of industrial transfer. Starting with the definition of industrial transfer, this paper analyzes the sunk cost, the price of factors and government policies in the process of industrial transfer, and then analyzes the mechanism of industrial transfer through internal promotion or hindering mechanism, combining with the industrial transfer of Zhejiang Province.
