I. China and Pakistan Achieve Fruitful Achievements in the Belt and Road Initiative Pakistan is one of the major fulcrum countries in China’s Belt and Road initiative. In the results announced by the “Belt and Road Initiative” International Cooperation Summit held in May 2017, The achievements of China, Pakistan and the two countries in the Belt and Road construction are especially outstanding. At present, China and Pakistan have signed the memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the policy of “One Belt and One Road” between the two countries in terms of policy communication. In terms of facilities, China and Pakistan have signed cooperation documents in the “Belt and Road” transport sector. The Pakistani Sazar Wind Power Project was successfully completed and passed the reliability assessment formally into commercial operation
