目的 研究正常男性服用低剂量醋酸棉酚后对精子碱性核蛋白的影响。方法 志愿者 2 3例 ,其中对照组 8例 ,服药组 15例 ,服药组口服醋酸棉酚剂量为 15 mg/d,服药 12周达起效期后 ,改为 10 mg/d维持至 44周。于服药后 1、4、8、12、16、2 4、36、44周及停药后 10周采集精液 ,对照组于相同时相采取精液 ,分析精子碱性核蛋白的变化。结果 对照组总组蛋白 (TH)与总精核蛋白 (TP)的比值为 0 .17± 0 .0 7,服药组为 0 .6 3± 0 .79;对照组 P1型精核蛋白 (HP1)与 P2型精核蛋白 (HP2 + HP3)的比值为 1.0 5± 0 .2 1,服药组为 1.47± 0 .18;对照组与服药组两组参数相比较差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1)。停药 10周后 ,服药组两组参数均恢复到正常状态。结论 服用低剂量醋酸棉酚能阻断组蛋白 -精核蛋白取代反应 (HPRR)及影响精核蛋白含量 ,这可能是醋酸棉酚导致不育的重要原因 ;低剂量醋酸棉酚导致的 HPRR及精核蛋白的改变是可逆的。
Objective To study the effect of low dosage of gossypol acetate on sperm alkaline nucleoprotein in normal male. Methods Twenty-three volunteers were enrolled. Among them, 8 were in the control group and 15 in the medication group. The dosage of oral gossypol acetate was 15 mg / d. After taking the drug for 12 weeks, it was changed to 10 mg / d for 44 weeks. The semen was collected at 1, 4, 8, 12, 16, 24, 36, 44 weeks and 10 weeks after drug withdrawal. Conclusion Low dose of gossypol acetate can block HPRR and affect the content of protamine, which may be the main reason of gossypol acetate infertility.
