目的分离危害舟山海水网箱养殖大黄鱼烂尾病的病原。方法从患病大黄鱼中分离的病原菌参照文献进行分类鉴定、人工感染和药敏试验。结果从患病大黄鱼中分离到2个菌株,根据形态及生理生化特征,其中1株S030901菌株属于哈氏弧菌(VibrioHarveyi), 经人工感染试验证实能导致试验鱼100% 死亡;另1株S030902菌株属于溶藻弧菌(V alginolyticus),对试验鱼几乎无毒性。药敏试验结果显示,S030901菌株对诺氟沙星等17种药物高度敏感,对头孢拉定等7种药物中度敏感,对青霉素G等16种药物不敏感。结论哈氏弧菌是舟山海水网箱养殖大黄鱼烂尾病的病原菌,诺氟沙星、氟苯尼考等药物可作为治疗药物。
Objective To isolate the pathogens that cause endophthalmitis disease in Zhoushan seawater cage culture. Methods The pathogens isolated from the diseased large yellow croaker were classified and identified according to the literature, artificial infection and susceptibility testing. Results Two strains were isolated from the diseased large yellow croaker. One strain of S030901 belonged to Vibrio Harveyi according to its morphological and physiological and biochemical characteristics. The artificial infection test confirmed that 100% of the fish died. One strain The S030902 strain belongs to V alginolyticus and is almost non-toxic to test fish. Susceptibility test results showed that S030901 strain was highly sensitive to 17 drugs such as norfloxacin, moderately sensitive to 7 drugs such as cephradine, and insensitive to 16 drugs such as penicillin G. Conclusion Vibrio harveyi is the causal agent for the rot disease of large yellow croaker in Zhoushan seawater cage. Norfloxacin and florfenicol can be used as the therapeutic drugs.
