一、建材企业集团内部结构的现状我国建材行业企业集团的内部结构主要分为两种类型:一种是以大型生产企业为核心,以工业生产为主导业务,在契约纽带的基础上,依靠核心企业的产品、技术和资金优势,逐步向资金纽带过渡,实现成员间的紧密联合,如洛阳浮法玻璃集团和秦皇岛耀华玻璃集团。 I.
