本文介绍了在各种切削力条件下,以获得恒定切削力神经网络为基础的一种新型自适应控制器。该自适应力控制器,具有在线学习能力,可随切削条件的变化而修改其性能。因而在车削过程中,可自动调节进给速度,保持为提高生产率而需求的切削力大小。
This paper introduces a new adaptive controller based on neural networks with constant cutting force under various cutting forces. The adaptive force controller, with online learning capabilities, can change its performance as the cutting conditions change. Therefore, during turning, the feed rate can be automatically adjusted to maintain the cutting force required to increase productivity.
