中南财经政法大学经济学院卢现祥教授承担的1997年度青年项目《非公有制企业职工权益保障问题研究》的最终成果是研究报告《建立有效的非公有制企业职工权益保障机制》。本课题通过抽样调查、实地调查等方式获取了大量的非公有制企业职工权益保障方面的资料,运用制度经济学、博弈论、产权经济学、交易费用经济学及劳动经济学等原理,对我国非公有制企业职工权益保障的现状及深层次问题进行了系统分析,重点探讨了我国非公有制企业职工权益保障中三个层次的问题,最后提出了建立我国非公有制企业职工权益保障机制的基本思路。
Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Professor Lu Xianxiang Professor Lu Xianxiang 1997 annual youth project “non-public ownership of workers rights and interests of security issues,” the final result of the research report “to establish an effective non-public ownership of workers rights protection mechanism.” This project obtains a large number of data on the protection of employees’ rights and interests by means of sampling survey and field investigation. By using the principles of institutional economics, game theory, property right economics, transaction cost economics and labor economics, This paper systematically analyzes the status quo and deep-seated problems of workers’ rights and interests protection in public-owned enterprises, and probes mainly into the three levels of problems in safeguarding the rights and interests of employees in non-public-owned enterprises in our country. Finally, it puts forward the basic idea of establishing the safeguard mechanism for rights and interests of employees in non-public-owned enterprises in our country.
