为观察宁夏枸杞(LbL)对大鼠肝脏的影响,用四氯化碳(CCl4)诱发大鼠肝脂质过氧化。结果LbL在高剂量(0.7g/100gBW)及低剂量(0.35g/100gBW)均能明显降低肝脏中丙二醛含量并提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。提示LbL能减轻生物体内脂质过氧化损伤,其保肝作用的机理是减少自由基的产生。
In order to observe the effect of Lycium barbarum (LbL) on rat liver, rat liver lipid peroxidation was induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). Results LbL could significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde in the liver and increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) at high dose (0.7g / 100gBW) and low dose (0.35g / 100gBW). Tip LbL can reduce lipid peroxidation damage in vivo, the mechanism of its role in liver protection is to reduce the production of free radicals.
