目的掌握杭州市县级卫生监督机构人力资源现状,为合理配置人力资源提供依据。方法采用自填问卷法,对全市15个县级卫生监督所开展调查。结果杭州市各县级卫生监督机构现有人员编制441人,在编在岗332人,编制缺口较大;81.32%的人员参照公务员管理;人员学历以本科为主,占63.55%;年龄以25~<45岁最多,占68.97%。结论积极争取出台相关配套政策,进一步优化县级卫生监督机构人力资源配置。
Objective To grasp the status quo of human resources in county-level health supervision institutions in Hangzhou and provide the basis for rational allocation of human resources. Methods The self-contained questionnaire method was used to investigate 15 county-level health supervisors in the city. Results There are 441 staffs in each health supervision institution at county level in Hangzhou, with 332 staffs in place, with a relatively large establishment gap; 81.32% of personnel refer to civil servants’ management; 63.55% of them have undergraduate academic qualifications; <45 years old, accounting for 68.97%. Conclusion Actively seek to introduce relevant supporting policies to further optimize the allocation of human resources in county-level health supervision agencies.
