给出了反射式圆盘型计算全息光栅扫描器的位相方程、条纹位置方程及参数结构方程式 ,利用新的加工工艺制作出能实现两行扫描 即二维扫描 的光栅 ,给出由于加工工艺的改进和设计上的充分考虑而带来的明显实验效果及达到提高一级衍射能量和抑制零级衍射能量的目的 ,从而得出计算全息光栅扫描器的多行快速直线扫描和复制时成本低的特点能够满足有这种需要的领域 .最后分析总结出研制实用型计算全息光栅扫描器的有效途径 .
The phase equation, the stripe position equation and the parametric structural equation of the reflective disk-type computed holographic raster scanner are given. The grating which can realize two-line scanning or two-dimensional scanning is produced by the new processing technology. Improvement and design of the full consideration of the obvious experimental results and to achieve the purpose of improving the first-order diffraction energy and zero-order diffraction energy suppression, resulting in calculating the holographic raster scanner fast linear scan and multi-line low cost The characteristics can meet the needs of such a field.At last, the paper summarizes the effective way to develop a practical holographic rasterizer.
