对三种方法检测戊二醛溶液、二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的效果进行了比较。结果,用欧洲标准悬液定量杀菌试验.改良欧洲悬液定量杀菌试验和载体浸泡定量杀菌试验检测含戊二醛2%(g/ml)溶液杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达消毒合格标准,作用时间分别为2.5、3.0、2.0h。用前两方法检测含有效氯4500mg/L的二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液及用载体方法检测含有效氯1000mg/L该液杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达消毒合格标准,作用时间分别为30、20、10min、当染菌片的芽孢悬液中增含小牛血清50%(ml/ml)时,用载体方法检测含有效氯5000mg/L的二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液杀灭该芽孢达消毒合格标准,作用时间近20min,与用欧洲标准悬液法检测者(30min)相近。表明三种方法检测受有机物影响较小的戊二醛杀菌效果相差较小,检测受有机物影响较大的二氯异氰尿酸钠杀菌效果相差较大。后者可能与方法中含有机物多少有关。
