In 1983, 421235 BCG neonates were vaccinated against BCG in our province. Two cases of BCG osteomyelitis occurred, with a rate of 4.5 per million. The report is as follows. Example 1. Male, 24 hours after birth, BCG vaccination 0.1tnl (containing 0.75mg BCG per ml). Right after 14 days contralateral right upper limb movement limited, humeral head area swelling, tenderness. Children with no history of close contact with tuberculosis. Physical examination: body temperature 38.4 ℃, pulse 120 beats / min, right upper limb can not be independent movement, right shoulder diffuse swelling. White blood cells 19.8 × 10 ~ 9 / L, after the former
