人参皂甙Rb1对小鼠肝切除术后疲劳的影响

目的探讨人参皂甙Rb1对小鼠肝切除术后疲劳的影响。方法将雌性KM小鼠48只分为术前空白组、术前对照组、术前实验组、术后空白组、术后对照组和术后实验组六组,各8只。除两组空白组外,余四组均制备肝切除模型。术前及术后实验组分别在术前和术后每天腹腔注射人参皂甙Rb10.01mg/g体重,余四组每天腹腔注射等量生理盐水,均连续注射7d。术前三组与术后三组分别在术后第3天和第6天进行游泳跑笼实验,分别在术后第5天和第8天取血,观察肝再生状况,测定血清中白蛋白、前白蛋白、乳酸浓度。结果术后给予人参皂甙Rb1能显著增强小鼠肝切除手术后残留肝脏的再生(<0.05),提高术后血清中前白蛋白的浓度(<0.05),降低血中乳酸浓度(<0.05),增加小鼠游泳跑笼的圈数。结论术后给予人参皂甙Rb1可提高小鼠肝组织的再生能力,提高前白蛋白水平,改善肝切除术后疲劳。 Objective To investigate the effect of ginsenoside Rb1 on fatigue after hepatectomy in mice. Methods 48 female KM mice were divided into preoperative blank group, preoperative control group, preoperative experimental group, postoperative blank group, postoperative control group and postoperative experimental group. Except the two groups of blank groups, the remaining four groups were prepared liver resection model. Preoperative and postoperative groups received intraperitoneal injection of ginsenoside Rb1 0.01 mg/g body weight daily before and after surgery. The remaining four groups received intraperitoneal injections of normal saline daily for 7 days. Three groups of preoperative and three groups of postoperative patients were tested for swimming and running cages on the 3rd and 6th days after surgery. Blood was taken on the 5th and 8th day after operation to observe the liver regeneration and the serum albumin was measured. Pre-albumin, lactic acid concentration. Results After administration of ginsenoside Rb1, the remnant liver regeneration after hepatectomy was significantly enhanced (<0.05), and the serum albumin concentration (<0.05) was increased, and the lactate concentration was reduced (<0.05). Conclusions Ginsenoside Rb1 can improve the regeneration ability of liver tissue, increase the level of prealbumin, and improve the fatigue after liver resection.
