谈移动互联网时代旅游服务体验的提升途径

移动互联网时代已经到来,消费者越来越倾向使用移动端设备搜索旅游信息。旅游市场上旅游产品路线服务同质化严重。有价值的差异化是以满足顾客真实需求为判断标准的,以提升顾客体验度为持续追求。要讲求实际,回到顾客最基本的需求上来。移动互联网时代,提升数字化服务能力,才能增强顾客体验度。这方面新加坡旅游局是打造数字化旅游的有力践行者。本文最后提出提升旅行服务体验的途径:制定移动互联旅游战略;了解你的顾客;拜访你的老顾客;持续创新;追求卓越。 The era of mobile Internet has come, consumers are more and more inclined to use mobile devices to search for travel information. The tourism product route service in the tourism market is of a serious homogeneity. Valuable differentiation is to meet the true needs of customers as the standard of judgment, in order to enhance customer experience for the continued pursuit. To stress practical, back to the most basic needs of customers up. In the era of mobile Internet, digital service capabilities can be enhanced in order to enhance customer experience. In this regard, Singapore Tourism Board is a powerful practitioner of digital tourism. This article concludes with a discussion on ways to enhance the travel experience: developing a mobile internet travel strategy; understanding your customers; visiting your regular customers; continuing innovation; and pursuing excellence.
