对一个有直动式液压间隙调节器(HLA)的气门机构进行了试验和动力学计算分析。实测了HLA的泄沉特性以确定HLA模型中模拟泄漏影响的阻尼参数。为了获得气门机构的实测运动规律以验证计算结果和估算HLA高压腔混气量,对该机构的气门加速度和HLA高度变化量进行了动态测试。动力学计算结果和实测结果对比表明所建立的两种气门机构动力学计算模型都是可用的。分析了计算结果对模型参数的敏感度。
A valve train with a direct acting hydraulic lash adjuster (HLA) was tested and kinematically calculated. The leakage characteristics of HLA were measured to determine the damping parameters that simulate the effects of leakage in the HLA model. In order to obtain the measured movement law of the valve mechanism to verify the calculation results and estimate the amount of air mixture in the high pressure cavity of the HLA, dynamic tests were performed on the valve acceleration and the height variation of the HLA. The comparison between the dynamic calculation results and the measured results shows that the established two valve dynamics calculation models are available. The sensitivity of the calculated results to the model parameters is analyzed.
