1990年2月,天津大学发现了北洋大学宣统三年毕业文凭,1991年6月中国第一历史档案馆发现了江西南昌府官立洪都中学堂宣统元年的毕业文凭,这些第一手档案凭证,对研究近代教育史,具有极其重要的历史价值。无独有偶,最近天津市档案馆又发现了一张较这两张文凭分别早三年和五年的北洋军医学堂毕业文凭。此文凭长67厘米,宽46厘米,形状类似我们现在的奖状。文凭从右至左竖行书写,分四部分:(一)介绍学 In February 1990, Tianjin University discovered a three-year diploma of Xuan Tong from Beiyang University.
