一、前言带式输送机由于使用经济,操作安全可靠,适用范围广,能完成搬运物料在各工序之间的连续流动作业,这样就具有多种工艺功能。这些优点,使带式输送机在各工业部门获得广泛应用。目前在我国水电建设工地,港口码头和有关厂矿采用的带式输送机大部分是 TD—75型系列产品。该系列是1975年在 TD—62型基础上改进设计后修订的。十多年来,随着科学技术迅速发展和我国四化建设事业的需要,TD—75型系列产品在许多方面特别是驱动装置已显示出它的不足和落后。与TD—75型系列产品相配套的驱动装置为Y—ZQ 型系列产品,它与当前新型同类产品
I. INTRODUCTION Belt conveyors are economical to use, operate safely and reliably, and have a wide range of applications. They enable the continuous flow of materials to be handled between processes, and thus have a variety of process functions. These advantages make the belt conveyor widely used in various industrial sectors. At present, most of the belt conveyors used in hydropower construction sites, port terminals and related factories and mines in China are TD-75 series products. The series was revised after the TD-62-based design was improved in 1975. For more than a decade, with the rapid development of science and technology and the needs of China’s four modernization construction projects, TD-75 series products have shown their inadequacies and backwardness in many aspects, especially the drive devices. The Y-ZQ series is the drive unit that is compatible with the TD-75 series. It is the same as the current new type of product.
