洗必泰是一种毒性极低、使用比较安全的消毒剂,其杀菌作用之强优于季胺盐类、次氯酸盐等消毒剂。目前,洗必泰已广泛用于手术器械的浸泡,皮肤、粘膜的消毒,感染伤口的治疗及口服预防痢疾等,但用于餐具消毒尚未见报道。在这次演习中,采用济南第二制药厂生产的洗必泰醋酸盐(批号701,217),对参观人员就餐的48个食堂,在历时2个月的炎热季节6,000多人中使用,取得了较好的预防肠道传染病的效果,现将消毒方法和结果报告如下。
