近些年,我国电力体制改革取得了一定成果,在新形势下,电力企业在发展中需要同时面对挑战与机遇。为了实现自身的发展战略目标,企业需要加强内部人力资源管理工作,强化薪酬与绩效的管理。本文基于当前电力企业薪酬绩效管理的现状,探讨了当前存在的问题,提出了相关对策。
In recent years, the power system reform in our country has achieved some achievements. Under the new situation, the power enterprises need to meet the challenges and opportunities in the development at the same time. In order to achieve its own development strategy, enterprises need to strengthen internal human resource management and strengthen the management of pay and performance. Based on the current situation of pay performance management in electric power enterprises, this paper discusses the current problems and puts forward some countermeasures.
