用离体灌流的动物心脏,研究了实验性心房肌缺血对 ECC 的影响:1.结扎豚鼠的右房前支动脉后,15例的 Ta 波和 Ja 点均发生了明显变化:①Ta 波形态正常的负波转变为正波(7例)和双相波(5例),其振幅的平均变化值为+0.29mv(P<0.01),②Ja 点升高,平均变化值为+0.22my(P<0.01),③10例发生了心律失常(75%),结扎左房前支动脉后,其变化相似。2.结扎猫的右房前支,11例中8例发生了心律失常。而结扎左房前支动脉,全部实验例表现为 Ja 点,J 点和 S—T 段升高,且同步记录的单相动作电位的振幅减小,时程缩短和上升斜率降低(P<0.05)。结果提示,心房局部缺血,可导致其复极顺序颠倒,窦房结自律性降低和心房肌传导延缓。
The effects of experimental atrial ischemia on ECC were studied using an isolated perfused animal heart: 1. The Ta waves and Ja spots of 15 cases all changed significantly after ligation of the right anterior superior branch artery of guinea pig: ①Ta wave morphology The normal negative wave transformed into positive wave (7 cases) and biphasic wave (5 case), the amplitude of the average change of + 0.29mv (P <0.01), ②Ja point increased, the average change of + 0.22my P <0.01). ③ Arrhythmia occurred in 10 cases (75%). Similar changes occurred after ligation of the anterior branch of left anterior descending artery. 2. Ligation of the cat’s anterior branch of the right anterior chamber, 8 cases of 11 cases of arrhythmia. While the left anterior descending artery was ligated, all the experimental cases showed Ja point, J point and S-T segment increased, and the amplitudes of single-phase action potentials recorded simultaneously decreased, the duration shortened and the rising slope decreased (P <0.05 ). The results suggest that atrial ischemia, can lead to reversal of its repolarization, sinus node self-discipline and atrial conduction delay.
