本文通过对研究高管与员工之间的薪酬差距来分析,如果加大薪酬差距是否能够促进员工之间的竞争效应。在更高薪酬的诱惑下,高管会通过更加努力的工作来创造更高的企业绩效,而对于员工也有想要通过提高自身的能力实现晋升从而获得更高的薪酬。企业的董事会结构会在一定程度上对薪酬激励产生影响,而且这种影响在国有企业与非国有企业中的程度不一样。
This article analyzes the pay gap between executives and employees to see if increasing the pay gap can promote the competitive effect among employees. At the temptation of higher pay, executives create more business performance through harder work, and employees also want higher pay for promotion through empowerment. The structure of the board of directors of an enterprise will exert an influence on remuneration incentives to a certain extent, and the degree of influence among state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises is not the same.
