目的探讨两性霉素B阴道泡腾片联合妇炎康复片治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)的疗效.方法将2014~2015年1月90例RVVC患者随机分为两组,对照组和治疗组患者分别给予两性霉素B阴道泡腾片和两性霉素B阴道泡腾片联合妇炎康复片治疗.并比较两组临床效果.结果治疗组总有效率(93.3%)显著高于对照组(80.0%).治疗组复发率(4.4%)显著低于对照组(28.9%).差异具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论采用两性霉素B阴道泡腾片联合妇炎康复片联合的方法可治疗RVVC.且临床疗效显著,复发率低。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of amphotericin B vaginal effervescent tablets combined with Fu Yan Kang Tablet in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC) .Methods 90 RVVC patients from 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, Group and treatment group were given amphotericin B vaginal effervescent tablets and vaginally active vaginal effervescent tablets combined with Fu Yan Kang tablets treatment and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate (93.3%) was significantly higher In the control group (80.0%), the relapse rate in the treatment group (4.4%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (28.9%), with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Amphotericin B vaginal effervescent tablets combined with Fu Yan Kang tablets combined treatment of RVVC. And clinical significant effect, low recurrence rate.
