随着社会交通事业的发展,交通事故发生率明显增高,其中头面部及颅脑损伤的发生较为常见,面颅与前颅底相邻,前颅底骨折伴有鼻腔出血的病人较多,且出血凶猛,危及患者生命.我院2000年1月～2003年10月采用指压颈外动脉及其分支和鼻腔填塞法,治疗严重鼻出血28例,效果良好,现总结如下.
