共刺激分子CD28在机体抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)免疫应答中起重要作用,CD28基因多态性可能会影响HBV感染结局并可能与乙型肝炎慢性化有关。我们采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析技术分析CD28基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP) 与乙型肝炎慢性化的关系,为探索慢性乙型肝炎的易感基因和抗性基因提供资料。
Costimulatory molecule CD28 plays an important role in the anti-hepatitis B virus (HBV) immune response. The CD28 gene polymorphism may affect the outcome of HBV infection and may be related to the chronicity of hepatitis B. We used polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) to analyze the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of CD28 gene and chronic hepatitis B. To explore the relationship between susceptibility genes and anti-HBV Sex gene to provide information.
