为研究不同甘蔗基因型在低氮胁迫下的主要农艺性状、产量和品质性状等方面的表现,以‘新台糖22号’为对照,对04系列6个甘蔗新品系进行新植品比试验。试验结果表明:04/1028、04/1531、04/522、04/539、04/2299、04/109在出苗率、茎径、有效茎、产蔗量及含糖量方面均明显超过CK。其中04/539耐低氮胁迫能力较强,产蔗量及含糖量分别为104.81t/hm2、15.04t/hm2,比CK增加17.46%和15.04%。低氮胁迫对各参试甘蔗品系的分蘖率、蔗茎伸长有明显的不利影响。试验结果可为进一步筛选固氮甘蔗优良品种提供参考。
In order to study the main agronomic traits, yield and quality traits of different sugarcane genotypes under low nitrogen stress, a new plant specific ratio test was carried out on 04 series and 6 new sugarcane lines using “Xintai22” as a control. The results showed that: 04 / 1028,04 / 1531,04 / 522,04 / 539,04 / 2299,04 / 109 significantly exceeded CK in the emergence rate, stem diameter, effective stem, sugar cane yield and output. Among them, 04/539 had strong tolerance to low-nitrogen stress, and the yield of sugarcane and sugar content were 104.81t / hm2 and 15.04t / hm2, respectively, increased by 17.46% and 15.04% compared with CK. Low nitrogen stress had obvious detrimental effects on the tillering rate and cane elongation of sugarcane lines. The test results may provide a reference for further screening of nitrogen-fixing sugarcane varieties.
