In this paper, Gupta et al introduced the method of EA gamma rosette formation and esterase staining double labeling of normal peripheral blood lymphocytes ANAE particle type and cell surface markers were explored. The results showed that 99.6% of lymphocytes (T cells) isolated from the E rosette were ANAE-positive, and 77% of the EAγ-positive T cells were “scattered particle type” on the ANAE staining. Therefore, “dispersed granular T cells” Trichoderma is thought to represent predominantly Tr cells. However, 23% of EAγ ~ + cells showed “patchy granule” and 8.3% of EAγ ~ - cells showed “scattered granule”. Therefore, the authors consider that both MAy ~ + cells and “dispersed particle type” cells may not be homogeneous populations.
