在煤炭行业景气指数走低的背景下,研究管理人员忠诚度,对增加企业凝聚力,提高企业竞争力具有重要的作用.研究以沈煤集团红阳三矿为例,梳理忠诚度的相关文献,通过问卷调查的方式调查管理人员忠诚度的影响因素.通过因子分析和多项有序Logistic模型发现,满意维度和情感维度对煤炭企业管理人员忠诚度具有显著影响,其它维度影响并不显著.进一步分析显示,成长维度和工作认同维度不显著在于工作压力大和缺乏企业认同等原因.
In the context of the coal industry sentiment index is low, the study of management loyalty, to increase business cohesion, improve the competitiveness of enterprises has an important role.Research coal mine in Hongyang mine as an example, the loyalty of the relevant literature, through Questionnaire survey to investigate the influencing factors of management loyalty.From the factor analysis and multiple ordered Logistic models, it is found that the satisfaction dimension and the emotion dimension have a significant impact on the loyalty of the coal enterprise managers, but the other dimensions have no significant effect.Further analysis Display, growth dimensions and job approval dimensions are not significant due to job stress and lack of corporate identity and other reasons.
