(一)我县为了系统地贯彻中共江西省第五次代表大会关于进一步加强老革命根据地工作的决议,已于九月二十九日召开了全县第三次老革命根据地人民代表会议,历时三天, 十月一日胜利闭幕。这次会议有划桥、大桥、黄庄、石港等四个老根据地的乡和九都、潢溪、滩头、平定、坞桥、大塘、洪湖、管坊等八个游击区的乡派了代表参加。出席会议的代表101人(其中划桥41人、大桥21人、黄庄6人、石港10人、坞桥4人、大塘3人、九都、潢溪、滩头、平定、洪湖、管坊、锦江、邓埠各2人)。妇女代表11人,党支书记2人,乡民政主任11人,有关局、行长21人。会议成立了主席团,全体代表划分为三个小组,并由吴、郑副县长亲自主持。同时在家的12位县委委员均应邀参加了会议的开、闭幕式,与老同志会见握手,县委李俊九书记并代表中共余江县委和全体党员向大会致祝词,给
