当今,全世界都掀起了创业热潮,各国政府及机构组织均提供便利条件、优惠政策,向创业者敞开了大门。近年来,我国创业浪潮也澎湃发展,为国家供给侧改革和创新型经济注入了巨大活力。据不完全统计,从2013年5月至今中央层面已经出台至少22份相关文件促进创业创新。教育是国家供给侧的基础,教育决定国家劳动力与人才的数量与质量。当前,全国教育供给仍然不足,总体供给质量不高,是影响国家建成全面小康社会的最大难题,高等教育供给侧改革势在必行。而创业教育担当着促进高等教育改革,向经济社会发展供给更高质量人才的任务。基于此,我校通过创新人才培养机制,健全创新创业教育体系,改革教学和学籍管理制度等方面做了尝试,拓展传统教学科研职能,扮演区域知识创新主体,与政府、产业界建立紧密合作关系,构建具备强烈创新创业精神、具有较强成果转化、商业化能力的创业型大学的发展模式。并在多年的研究探索中形成了独特的风格和取的了一定的成效,具体总结如下。

Supply-side reform of higher education is imperative. The entrepreneurial education plays a role in promoting the reform of higher education and providing higher quality personnel to economic and social development. Based on this, we have tried our best to innovate the personnel training system, improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education system, reform the teaching and student status management system, expand the traditional teaching and research functions, play a key role in regional knowledge innovation, and establish close cooperative relations with the government and industry , To build a model of entrepreneurship with a strong sense of innovation and entrepreneurship and a strong achievement transformation and commercialization capability.
