甜高粱是重要的能源作物,然而,甜高粱综合利用技术还非常有限,研究甜高粱茎秆糖分组成及其代谢规律是进一步发展甜高粱产业的理论基础,为优化甜高粱茎秆可溶性糖提取工艺,建立高效液相色谱检测方法以及阐明甜高粱糖代谢机理提供依据和参考。本研究通过L9(33)正交试验,研究了温度、提取时间、料液比对甜高粱茎秆可溶性糖提取的影响。结果表明:温度和提取时间是影响甜高粱茎秆可溶性糖提取率的主要因素,其最佳工艺为70℃下,以1:20的料液比提取1h。
Sweet sorghum is an important energy crop. However, the comprehensive utilization of sweet sorghum is still very limited. Studying the sugar composition and its metabolism in stem of sweet sorghum is the theoretical basis for further development of sweet sorghum industry. In order to optimize the technology of soluble sugar extraction from sweet sorghum, , Establishing high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detection methods and elucidating the mechanism of sweet sorghum metabolism. In this study, L9 (33) orthogonal test was used to study the effects of temperature, extraction time and solid-to-liquid ratio on the extraction of soluble sugar in sweet sorghum stalks. The results showed that temperature and extraction time were the main factors that affected the extraction rate of soluble sugar in sweet sorghum stalks. The optimum extraction process was extracting 1 hour at 70 ℃ under the ratio of 1:20.
