犹太文化在美国不具备内源性生成的条件,而在与外界多元文化的互动中也不得不做出传统与现实的合理化选择。通过分析当前美国犹太裔合作共生的文化精神,职业类型、学历层次和政治影响所反映的人口特征,身份确认标准和文化表征所体现的族裔身份特点,党派倾向、对国家和社区的态度以及社会歧视程度所影射的社会政治立场,文化仪式与道德提升所表现的“文化每一天”的内涵,传统语言的留存与创新所阐释的语言表达方式等,可以呈现出当前美国犹太裔在追求本体文化传承和适应多元文化环境的文化诉求之中所做出的适应性与均衡化的文化选择。美国犹太文化也在文化历史的流变中彰显着多元文化融合与多种文化均衡发展并重的文化立场。
