犯错本身就是孩子们成长中的一部分,我们不能把犯了相对严重错误的学生都归因为品德低下。品德低下之人所具有的与社会规范相悖的价值取向已具有稳定的特征或倾向,而学生所犯错误即使严重却常常具有极大的偶发性。如果我们把这些错误一概以品德败坏加以处理,可能会阻碍学生人格的正常发展,甚至有可能让处于塑形期的学生真正滑入不道德的渊薮。
Errors are themselves part of the children’s growth and we can not attribute low-quality students who have made relatively serious mistakes. Values that contradict social norms held by those who are low in character have a stable character or tendency, and even if the mistakes they make are often severe, they are often extremely sporadic. If we treat all these mistakes in a moral corruption, we may hinder the normal development of students’ personalities and may even slide the students who are shaping into real immorality.
