目的考察芥子碱氯化盐对肾素-血管紧张素系统的影响。方法 SD大鼠40只随机分为4组,每组10只。一组为空白对照组,其余三组为芥子碱氯化盐低、中、高剂量组。各组采取股静脉给药方式给予相应药物:空白对照组静脉给予0.9%生理盐水0.2ml;芥子碱氯化盐低、中、高剂量组(分别静脉给予芥子碱氯化盐20,40,80mg/kg)0.2ml。实验动物给药1 min后,采集血清样品。ELISA法检测血清中肾素、血管紧张素Ⅰ、血管紧张素转换酶、血管紧张素Ⅱ的水平。结果ELISA实验结果提示芥子碱氯化盐能够显著抑制血清中ACE、AngⅡ的水平。结论芥子碱氯化盐可通过抑制血清中ACE、AngⅡ的水平发挥降压作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of sinapine chloride on renin-angiotensin system. Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 rats in each group. One group was blank control group, the other three groups were sinapine chloride low, medium and high dose group. The rats in each group were given femoral vein administration of the corresponding drugs: the blank control group was given 0.9% physiological saline 0.2ml; the sinapine chloride low, medium and high dose groups (intravenous sinapine chloride 20,40,80mg /kg)0.2ml. After 1 min of administration, serum samples were collected. Serum levels of renin, angiotensin Ⅰ, angiotensin converting enzyme and angiotensin Ⅱ were detected by ELISA. Results ELISA test results show that sinapine chloride can significantly inhibit the serum levels of ACE, Ang Ⅱ. Conclusion Saponin chloride can exert antihypertensive effects by inhibiting the levels of ACE and AngⅡ in serum.
